Construction works are underway in Ivanyan community of Artsakh’s Askeran region, according to the Ministry of Urban Development of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
“The construction of a new 180-apartment district in Ivanyan community of Askeran region continues.
The earthworks of 5 buildings in the new district consisting of 15 apartment buildings have already been completed. They are currently working on the skeletons of the foundations,” the ministry’s statement reads.
