On June 2, Arayik Harutyunyan, President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) introduced newly-appointed State Minister Artak Beglaryan to the Cabinet members and the staff.
Harutyunyan also thanked former State Minister Grigory Martiroyan for the work done. Martiroyan will continue his activities in Artsakh in the financial and economic sphere.
Harutyunyan emphasized Martirosyan’s role in the war and post-war crisis management, expressing confidence that he would henceforth support the implementation of economic and development programs envisaged in parallel with the restoration and social work.
Introducing the new State Minister, President Harutyunyan said he will coordinate the activity of labor, healthcare, justice, education ministries, as well as the process of legislative reforms envisaged by the Constitution.
