The Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin sent a congratulatory message to the Acting Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan on the occasion of his birthday.

On behalf of the Government of the Russian Federation, and I personally congratulate you on your birthday.
I would like to emphasize your significant personal contribution to the strengthening of Russian-Armenian friendly and partner-allied relations. Trade-economic, scientific-technical, cultural and humanitarian cooperation is developing dynamically; large joint projects are successfully implemented in different spheres.
I am convinced that the active work between the governments will contribute to the further expansion of bilateral cooperation. It will create favorable conditions for deepening integration within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union and Commonwealth of Independent States. This fully corresponds to the interests of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia.
