Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Ara Aivazian spoke about the visit of the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Armenia today during a question-and-answer session at the parliament.
“Iran is one of the most important players in our region, it is our important partner, and his unscheduled visit to the region is a signal that Iran is also concerned about regional stability and security as a result of these provocations by Azerbaijan.
We had a very meaningful conversation today. I think we are in the same circle. The Iranian Foreign Minister noted that the territorial integrity of Armenia is also a red line for our neighboring country,” Aivazian said.
