On May 24, Acting Minister of Defense of Armenia Vagharshak Harutyunyan received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Armenia Fukushima Masanori.
Harutyunyan congratulated the Ambassador on assuming his diplomatic mission.
Armenia’s Acting Defense minister wished him success and expressed confidence that the Ambassador’s active and fruitful work will contribute to effective development of the cooperation between Armenia and Japan.
During the meeting, the parties discussed issues related to the regional security, the current threats and expected developments.
