Since the launch of vaccinations against COVID-19, 26,562 citizens have been vaccinated in Armenia as of May 23, Ministry of Health reports.
The Ministry reminds that Covid-19 vaccine doses are administered in all medical institutions everyday with duties set on weekend from 10.00 to 16.00.
Citizens are advised to call in advance and get registered for their vaccination shots, regardless of enrollment.
There are also mobile vaccination groups in public places: in Yerevan in areas adjacent to Northern Avenue, Cascade Complex, Malibu Cafe, Vernissage Open-Air Fair, Moscow Cinema, Yerevan 2800th Anniversary Park (in front of the Central Bank), Dalma Garden Mall and in Megamol trade centers, Vardanants Square in Gyumri, Hayk Square in Vanadzor, next to Dilijan Municipality.
Foreign nationals can also be vaccinated.
Vaccinations are free.
AstraZeneca and CoronaVac vaccinations can be given to people over the age of 18 on a voluntary basis. And Sputnik-V vaccinations are planned for people at risk - medical workers over 18 years of age, chronically ill, residents of social care centers and employees.
