Representatives of the Human Rights Defender’s Office of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), on the instruction of the Ombudsman, visited the dormitory of Artsakh State University, had regular meetings with people displaced from different communities of the Republic of Artsakh to get acquainted with the protection of their rights and the issues raised by them.
The Defender focuses on the protection of the rights of internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Artsakh, and conducts monitoring visits for their proper implementation.
