Russia has accumulated great experience in delimitating and demarcating of state borders and it is ready to provide consulting assistance to Azerbaijan and Armenia on this issue. The statement came from Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Rudenko in response to a question from TASS during the conference of the Valdai International Debate Club.
“In case of a relevant inquiry by Baku and Yerevan, Russia is ready to provide consulting assistance in that process. We have done a lot of demarcation work along the borders with Kazakhstan, China and other countries. We have accumulated experience in such work,” said the Deputy Minister.
Rudenko noted that the result of resolving the issue of delimitation and demarcation should be the agreement on the state border.
