The European Parliament’s latest report on Turkey is set to urge the European Union to add the far-right Turkish group, Grey Wolves, to its terrorist list,

The highest political body of the EU, in a report prepared by European Parliament’s rapporteur on Turkey, Nacho Sanchez Amor, has called on the bloc to take action against the group, which it says is causing increasing concern in Turkey and EU countries, it said.
The group has been active and linked to violent acts in a number of European countries with sizable Turkish populations for decades.
The extremist movement has been banned in Austria since 2019 and France since last year, while left-wing parties have long called for the group to be banned in Germany.
The EP report highlights the threat posed by the organization against Kurds, Armenians and those of Greek origin, among others, while calling for the close monitoring of its activities.
