The Regional Council of Friuli Venezia Giulia in Italy unanimously voted in favor of the resolution recognizing the Armenian Genocide.
“We thank the Friuli Venezia Giulia Regional Council and council member Alberto Budai,” reads a statement issued by the Armenian Embassy to Italy.
