The State Service of Emergency Situations of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) informs that today the sappers of the service, the Humanitarian Demining Center Foundation and The Halo Trust demining organization are planning to neutralize unexploded ammunition in areas near Stepanakert, Martakert, Askeran and Martuni towns.
