According to the changes made in the № 1514-N decision of Armenia’s Government made on September 11, 2020 that came into force on May 17, 2021

When entering the territory of the Republic of Armenia, one should submit:

A certificate of maximum age 72 hours confirming a negative coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test*, or
-
Full dose vaccine against coronavirus (COVID-19) - two doses, certifying that the second dose was injected at least 14 days before the date of entry into the country*.

A negative test or vaccination certificate is not required for children under 1 year of age.

The certificate (reference) is submitted by persons arriving in the Republic of Armenia from the territory of the Russian Federation through the ‘Travel without COVID-19’ mobile application.

The entry of Armenia to foreigners continues to be open both by air and by land.

Due to coronavirus (COVID-19), quarantine is established in the territory of the Republic of Armenia by July 11, 2021.
In case of being registered in ARMED system, people can submit the vaccination certificate through ArmedeHealth mobile application. A person can submit a vaccination certificate with a QR code protected by a mobile application or a paper version exported from the mobile application.
People who do not have certificates are subject to sampling at the airport or land border-crossing point - mandatory self-isolation until a negative PCR test is obtained.
According to the results of the examination, a person is hospitalized if there are corresponding symptoms.
Isolation is applied for 14 calendar days in case of absence of a negative test or vaccination certificate or sampling.
A citizen covers the costs related to the PCR examination.
The certificate must be in Armenian, Russian or English with all the contact details of the medical facility that carried out the test/vaccination with a form containing the name of the head, indicating the name of the person tested/vaccinated and last name, ID number, date of birth, test results, vaccine series, first and second dose injection dates, signed by the head of the organization and stamped by the approved organization.
