There can be no decision favoring a positive agenda regarding Turkey’s relations with the European Union (EU) as long as Ankara insists on a two-state solution for Cyprus, according to the island nation’s President Nikos Anastasiades, Ahval reports.
The President of Cyprus sent letters to the leaders of the EU member states, stating that in case of insisting on the option of creating an island of two states, a positive agenda in Turkish relations with EU cannot be discussed or agreed upon.
