Armen Khachatryan, member of ‘My Step’ faction, told ‘Lurer’ that yesterday’s talks were effective, as he confirmed that Rustam Muradov had participated in the talks from the Russian side. Khachatryan urged not to try to disrupt the negotiation process with false information.
