Acting Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia Mher Grigoryan met with Deputy Prime Minister of Iraqi Kurdistan Qubad Talabani.
During the meeting, the interlocutors stressed the historically warm relations between the Armenian-Kurdish peoples and the existing potential for trade and economic cooperation.
Acting Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan presented the advantages of doing business in Armenia, member of the Eurasian Economic Union, in terms of entering the EEU market.
Possibilities for developing cooperation in areas of mutual interest were discussed. The Deputy Prime Minister of Iraqi Kurdistan particularly highlighted the exchange of experience with Armenia in the field of high-tech digitalization, as well as in the banking sector.
They also exchanged views on the possibility of intensifying cooperation in other areas.
