At a daily press briefing by the office of the spokesperson for the UN Secretary-General Stéphane Dujarric, Spokesman for the Secretary-General, referred to the implementation of the UN humanitarian mission in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh). He emphasized that UN would like to have the unhindered humanitarian access in Nagorno‑Karabakh, as they ask for in other parts of the world.
Dujarric stressed, “This has not been possible because we've not received the necessary authorization from the Azeri authorities.”
“However, we are hopeful that we'll see progress on this soon,” Spokesman for the Secretary-General said.
