Karekin II Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians sent his condolences to all the people on the tragedy in one of the schools of Kazan, the Info Service Dept of the Mother See reports.
“We learned with deep sadness about the terrible tragedy in the No. 175 School in Kazan, Russian, which killed and wounded children, teachers and staff.
Sharing the pain of the irreparable loss, from the Mother See of Holy Echmiadzin we send our sincere condolences to all the Russian people and families of the victims.
We offer prayers to the Almighty God for the rest of the souls of the dead in the heights of heaven and the speedy recovery of the wounded.”
