Artashes Tumanyan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Islamic Republic of Iran met with Amir Khatami, Minister of Defense of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The RA Ambassador thanked Minister Khatami for the decisive steps taken by Iran in ensuring the inviolability of the Armenia-Iran border and ensuring the territorial integrity of Armenia during the Second Large-Scale Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) War.
The interlocutors discussed current issues of bilateral cooperation in the field of defense, as well as a number of issues related to regional security.
