From applications to paying fees and registering a reception with a mayor. All this is organized in 58 communities of Armenia on a ‘single window’ principle.
More than 60 functions of local self-government and state bodies have been delegated to the joint citizen service offices.
It is planned to alleviate the paperwork of the residents in another 10 communities by the end of the year and to establish similar offices there.
