The sappers of the State Emergency Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh, the Humanitarian Demining Center Foundation and ‘The Halo Trust’ non-governmental organization are planning to neutralize weapons and ammunition in the areas near Stepanakert, Martakert, Martuni and Askeran towns.
