The hysteria over US President Joe Biden’s recognition of the Armenian Genocide continues in Turkey. Former Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu compared President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s response to the issue to capitulation, RIA Novosti reports.
“There is pathos, there is no result. There is capitulation; there is no response. What did you do in response to the US President’s statement? All you are worried about is having another cup of tea with Biden in June,” said Davutoglu.

And the Turkish Parliament passed a special resolution condemning the US President’s message. “We strongly condemn Biden’s statement on the 1915 events, which contains the ideas of Armenian lobbying organizations.
