Lithuanian Deputy Foreign Minister Mantas Adomenas, who is in Yerevan to take part in the commemoration of the 106-th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, wrote his impressions of Tsitsernakaberd on his Twitter page.
“Moved by the commemoration of the Armenian Genocide. We, Lithuanians, feel profound sympathy to all whose families and memories were touched by that tragic event. Remembering the victims strengthens our determination to strive to prevent such atrocities from ever happening again,” Adomenas wrote.
