Today in his address to the Federal Assembly, Russian President Vladimir Putin touched upon the settlement of regional conflicts, at the same time highlighting Russia’s role in the reconciliation of the parties in Nagorno-Karabakh.
“We have already done a lot to stabilize the situation in Syria and establish a political dialogue in Libya. Russia has played a key role in ending the armed conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh,” he said.
