In the second investigation department of the Territorial Investigation Department of the Penitentiary of the Republic of Artsakh, proceedings were accepted on March 25, 2021, at around 1:30 pm, on the 18-th kilometer of Karmir Shuka-Stepanakert highway, from a truck belonging to an Azerbaijani military convoy, an unidentified Azerbaijani soldier intentionally damaged someone else’s property for national hatred motives. The criminal case initiated on the incident of throwing stones in the direction of ‘Niva’ and ‘Vaz 2107’ cars intentionally damaging the ‘Vaz 2107’ car.
The preliminary investigation of the criminal case under Article 33-191, Part 2, Clause 4 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) continues.
