“The state is doing everything possible to include other groups in the vaccination process. But even the developed countries, which have considerable financial resources, have set priorities and vaccinate citizens who are at risk, like we do,” Anahit Avanesyan, Minister of Health of the Republic of Armenia informed in a briefing with journalists after the Government session, referring to the possibility of vaccinating socially vulnerable citizens free of charge. “Everything is being done to have such an opportunity,” the minister assured.
According to Avanesyan, vaccines are sold to countries in small batches, and it is difficult to obtain them.
