On the eve of his visit to Moscow, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan answered the questions of RIA Novosti. He said the country would hold snap parliamentary elections without any reason to appeal them.
According to Pashinyan, the elections held in December 2018 “were exceptional because since 1996 the election results were not appealed in the Constitutional Court.”
“We have managed to ensure completely transparent, free and fair elections, the results of which have been accepted by all. The international observers also praised them. I am sure the upcoming elections will also be held at a high level. I am convinced that this time our people will once again form a legitimate government with their free will. We can ensure that elections are held without any reason to appeal them,” the Prime Minister emphasized.
