RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan posted a video on his Facebook page and attached the following post: “We must rebuild Armenia and Artsakh.”
The video was made during his visit to Armavir province.
“From 1992 to 2020, the ‘Hayastan’ All-Armenian Fund raised about $313 million. During the war, the Fund raised about $220 million, or about 70 percent of what it raised over 28 years. And now, the program that we are going to implement with the ‘Hayastan’ All-Armenian Fund in Artsakh will, in fact, be either identical or a larger program than all the previous programs implemented in Artsakh overall. AMD 110 billion ($206 million) housing program must be implemented in Artsakh, and we must keep the memory of our martyrs high with such works. We must rebuild Armenia. We must not allow the heirs and relatives of our martyrs to ever think that their sacrifices were in vain.
And its answer must be a happy, free, strong Armenia with free, strong, self-confident citizens,” said the Prime Minister.
