High Commissioner for Diaspora Zareh Sinanyan had a virtual meeting with the representatives of the Armenian Chamber of Commerce, Diaspora Chambers of Commerce and Industry, and business unions, Diaspora High Commissioner's Office reports. The RA Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan, the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures of Artsakh Hayk Khanumyan, and the Advisor to the Artsakh President Vahe Keushguerian were also present at the online meeting.
About 30 businessmen from the Diaspora participated from Canada, the United States, Argentina, Belgium, Lebanon, Greece, Switzerland, Portugal, Russia, Romania, France, China and the Czech Republic.
They discussed ways to develop favorable business environments in Armenia and Artsakh, sector-friendly investment opportunities, and the expansion of Armenian business networks and more effective involvement in the socio-economic development of Armenia and Artsakh.
During the meeting, which lasted more than three hours, Zareh Sinanyan, Vahram Kerobyan and Hayk Khanumyan answered the questions of the Diasporan Armenian businessmen and outlined the direction of future cooperations.
