The State Emergency Situations Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs informs that today neutralization works of the weapons and ammunition found in the territory of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) are planned in the settlements near Stepanakert and Martakert.
“At the same time, we would like to inform you that the sapper detachments of the State Emergency Situations Service, together with our Russian peacekeepers, are carrying out engineering research works in the whole territory of Artsakh”, the statement reads.
