Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ara Aivazian had a telephone conversation with Foreign Minister of Andorra Maria Ubach Font.
The interlocutors touched upon a number of issues of the bilateral agenda, emphasizing their readiness to take steps to deepen and expand cooperation in spheres of mutual interest.
As the priority directions of cooperation, the foreign ministers of Armenia and Andorra singled out separate spheres of agriculture and tourism. The implementation of experience exchange programs in these areas was highlighted.
Both sides praised the cooperation in the international arena, particularly, within the framework of the International Organization of La Francophonie.
They also exchanged views on urgent regional and international issues. In this context, Minister Aivazian briefly informed his Andorran counterpart about the steps taken to address the humanitarian situation in Artsakh due to the Turkish-Azerbaijani aggression.
