The program of assistance to people of Artsakh has been financed since yesterday AMD 68,000 (about $129) are provided to each citizen, said Mesrop Arakelyan, RA Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, at the Government session today.
“Yesterday, money of about 80,000 citizens was actually transferred to their accounts. In general, the process continues within the limits of AMD 5.5 billion (about $ 10,417 million)”, said Arakelyan.
