The Armenian contingent carrying out a peacekeeping mission in Kosovo took part in the opening ceremony of a new building at the site.
The local command handed over the building to the Armenian contingent for perfect performance of official duties.
The state flags of the Republic of Armenia and the US raised at the ceremony as a sign of high-level relations and mutual support.
The military base command staff, as well as representatives of the United States, Ireland, Croatia, Greece, Bulgaria, Albania, Poland and Austria attended the ceremony.
The building will serve as a venue for national celebrations and other events.
