Grigory Martirosyan, State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh, and Minister of Finance, received Mesrop Arakelyan, RA Minister of Labor and Social Affairs.

Martirosyan appreciated the social support measures implemented by the Armenian Government, stating that they had greatly contributed to the restoration of normal life of people in Artsakh.
