On March 18, President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan received a group of Armenian refugees displaced from Azerbaijan.
During the meeting, Harutyunyan touched upon social and other issues of the Armenian refugees. The President stressed that the problems of refugees living in Artsakh are always at the state's focus, and the authorities will continue to do everything possible to protect their rights and interests, as well as implement a program to provide apartments and improve housing conditions.
Arayik Harutyunyan stressed the need for joint, coordinated work in identifying problematic issues and finding ways to solve them.
