Within the framework of his working visit to Russia, High Commissioner Zareh Sinanyan met with the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Rudenko. During the meeting, first of all, issues related to the reconstruction of Artsakh were discussed.
The parties agreed that the role of the Diaspora will be great in the development of post-war Armenia and Artsakh. A number of issues related to the teaching of the Armenian language in Russia and the local Armenian community were also discussed. The High Commissioner spoke about the activities of his office.
The RF Deputy Foreign Minister presented programs in Russia, in particular scholarships provided to Armenians in Russian universities.
