The Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement (CEPA) between the European Union and Armenia will enter into force on March 1, 2021. It has been ratified by the Republic of Armenia, all EU Member States and the European Parliament, setting a milestone in EU-Armenia relations.
The agreement sets out a wide range of areas of cooperation between the EU and Armenia, including democracy, the rule of law, respect for human rights, more jobs and business opportunities, better legislation, public safety and a cleaner environment. Providing good education and research opportunities.
At the same time, the bilateral agenda aims to develop relations with the member countries of the EU Eastern Neighborhood Program.
