During the interview with the RA Prime Minister, Nver Mnatsakanyan reminded the accusation that the main cause of misfortunes in the country is having a populist government.
The Prime Minister asked - what is meant by "populist government ?".
"Does that mean that the key to success in Armenia is to have a corrupt government?. Let's be honest, unfortunately, there was only one established institution in Armenia, and that institution was the corruption. We came after the revolution, we destroyed the only established institution - systemic corruption in Armenia", said the Prime Minister.
