On the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of the Artsakh Movement, the RA Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan met with the member of the "Karabakh" Committee Alexan Hakobyan.
"We discussed the current situation, development prospects, issues in the field of education and science", the Deputy Prime Minister wrote on Facebook.
