The RA Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that there are closed highways in the territory of the Republic of Armenia. Drivers are advised to drive exclusively with winter tires.
According to the Emergency Situations Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is closed to all types of vehicles, there are about 490 trucks on the Russian side.
