The Baku office of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) visited servicemen and civilians held captive in Azerbaijan.
The Armenian representation of the organization told "Lurer" that on February 1 and 2, the ICRC representatives met with 4 people, including servicemen and civilians.
The ICRC does not publish the number and list of captives, but assures that they regularly visit those whose captivity has been confirmed by the Azerbaijani authorities.
