Jens Stoltenberg, Secretary General of NATO, insists the alliance is ready for both confrontation and cooperation with Russia but it all depends on Moscow, he told the Spanish newspaper El Mundo, TASS reports.
“I believe that Russia should send a clear signal – if they want a conflict, we are ready. If they want to cooperate, we will be glad,” NATO Secretary General said, emphasizing that the Alliance is ready to “protect its members”.
