On February 16, the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Vagharshak Harutyunyan received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to Armenia Giorgi Saganelidze and the newly appointed Military Attaché of the Embassy, Lieutenant Colonel Jaba Toroshelidze.
The RA Minister of Defense congratulated the military attaché on his appointment and expressed hope that his activity will contribute to the development of cooperation between the defense ministries of the two countries.
Issues related to Armenian-Georgian multilateral cooperation, as well as regional security issues were discussed during the meeting.
