The “Mother and children in national costumes” international photo contest has started on February 1, 2020, Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport informs.
The project aims at presenting the cultural diversity of the peoples of Russia through the display of national costumes and the art of photography.
There are no age restrictions for participating in the competition. Not only mothers and children can take part in the photo series, but also other family members - fathers, grandfathers, grandmothers etc.
Applications for competition participation will be accepted until August 25, 2021. The names of 150 finalists and 20 winners to be published on the official website on September 15, 2021.
