Point 9 of the statement of the RA Prime Minister, the Presidents of Russia and Azerbaijan of November 9, 2020, does not contain provisions on the creation of any corridor. Every road or communication route passing through the territory of Armenia is and will be exclusively under the sovereignty and jurisdiction of Armenia.
Spokeswoman for the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs Anna Naghdalyan stated this answering the question of "Armenpress" news agency.
"The Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev stated that the November joint statement contains a special provision on the establishment of the Nakhichevan corridor. How would you comment on that?".
Naghdalyan answered this question: "Point 9 of the trilateral statement of November 9 states "unblocking all economic and transport ties in the region", and this is the approach taken by Armenia to establish stability in the region and the prospects of cooperation. Every road or communication route passing through the territory of Armenia is and will be exclusively under the sovereignty and jurisdiction of Armenia".
