On February 10, Vagharshak Harutyunyan, Minister of Defense of Armenia, received Rustam Muradov, lieutenant general and the commander of the Russian peacekeeping forces located in Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone to control the ceasefire regime.
Harutyunyan thanked Muradov for his active role in the process of exchanging the prisoners of war, as well as for his support in search process for the missing and with satisfaction remarked the efficiency of the Russian peacekeeping contingent’s activities.
During the meeting, the Defense Minister referred to a number of issues of cooperation and presented his observations to the commander of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in that regard. Vagharshak Harutyunyan stressed the need for continuity of the steps taken to comply with reached agreements.
