According to RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's spokesperson Mane Gorgyan, a consultation on the implementation of large infrastructure projects in Artsakh was convened under the chairmanship of RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan.
"The upcoming programs, their financial allocations and further steps have been outlined", Gevorgyan wrote on Facebook.
