The Russia's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Armenia Sergey Kopirkin told about the topics he talked about with the former presidents of Armenia.
"We talked about all the current issues, including the problems that arose at the end of last year after the tragic events. We talked about the Russian peacekeeping mission, we discussed issues of humanitarian assistance.
Russian-Armenian friendship is at the core of our discussions. As for the return of Armenian captives, it is one of the priorities of the November 9 trilateral statement. I am not exaggerating, this issue is personally dealt by the President of our country, the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Defense. The solution to this problem may not be as soon as we expect, but believe me, the maximum is being done, I am sure this problem will definitely be solved", said Kopirkin.
