On February 5, the RA Foreign Minister Ara Aivazian had a phone conversation with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov.
Continuing the contacts and telephone conversations that have already taken place, the Foreign Ministers discussed in detail issues of regional security and stability.
The Ministers Aivazian and Lavrov touched upon the process of full implementation of the provisions of the November 9 trilateral statement. Aivazian especially emphasized the importance of addressing the humanitarian situation in Artsakh on the spot.
