The RA Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan informed that with the mediation of the Russian side and as a result of the efforts of the RA NSS, 5 captives are returning to the homeland.
"Today, our 62 captive servicemen also talked on the phone with their relatives", Avinyan wrote on Facebook.
