The Defense Army has issued the following statement:
"For the information of the relatives of the missing servicemen, reservists, conscripts and volunteers who are citizens of the Artsakh Republic.
In order to use the assistance programs of the Insurance Foundation for Servicemen, it is necessary to submit the following documents on the beneficiaries of the program to the Social Protection Department of the Ministry of Defense in a short period of time:
- Name of the beneficiary (father, mother, wife or spouse of the missing person), patronymic, surname, date of birth, month, year, registration address, serial number and number of the identity document, social service number (social card) or reference number on not receiving a number, contacts.
